Public-safety radio often mentions private people. We publish incident-level summaries only: names, licence plates, phone numbers, ages, medical details and exact addresses are removed; public listings show the town only and are delayed 60 minutes; sensitive call types (for example assaults, mental-health calls, juveniles) are withheld. Raw recordings and full transcripts are kept privately by the operator and are not available to subscribers. To ask for an item to be removed, email ems@northidaholabs.com.
If you sign up we store your email address and sign-in details (Amazon Cognito) and your subscription status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We don't sell your data or use advertising trackers.
Map tiles come from OpenStreetMap; weather alerts from the National Weather Service; wildfire data from NIFC; earthquake data from USGS. Your browser contacts those services directly when you view the map.
